INSIDE THE CONTRACT
Most of the time , all you will need to sign a contract is your ID.
The contract itself is very simple.

MOVING OUT
  1. If the lessee signs a 2 year contract, they cannot cancel it at any time during the first year. After the first year, the lessee may cancel the contract at any time, as long as they give one month's notice.
  2. The lessee has more rights than the lessor when it comes to paying rent. Even if lessee does not pay their rent, the lessor must wait for 6 months to sue the lessee for the unpaid rent.
RULES
  1. Trash is collected everyday. You don't need to sort it into burnable and unburnable.
  2. Since most of the buildings have concrete walls , neighbors seldom complain about noise. People tend to be permissive about noise, since mahjong is such a common passtime.
